Lisa the Little Girl, or the Joads' Long Journey East
directed by Joseph Ball III
performed by the DreamCatcher Ensemble
This is Kev's second full-length play, which received a reading at Ryan's Daughter, produced by DreamCatcher Entertainment NYC.
Lisa is a girl who wants to be a grown-up. So she decides to be a grown-up and walk across America, and climbs to the moon and befriends hillbillies and dances with wax statues and saves the world's largest ball of twine from unraveling. How far do we have to walk before we're grown-ups? What do we have to see? Who do we have to save?
